Salt and Straw on Larchmont Boulevard is an artisan ice cream parlor designed by Kelly Architects to fit naturally into one of Los Angeles's most beloved neighborhood streets. The bright, welcoming interior reflects the brand's handcrafted identity while supporting the high-throughput demands of a popular retail food concept. The project is an example of the firm's experience in small-format hospitality design and brand-driven commercial interior architecture.
