Percolate DTLA is a specialty coffee concept designed by Kelly Architects to serve Downtown Los Angeles's growing residential and professional community. The compact, well-crafted interior prioritizes the coffee ritual and creates a welcoming daily destination, applying hospitality design principles to a small-format commercial space. The project reflects the firm's ability to deliver meaningful architecture at an intimate scale.
